LONGVIEW, TX | 2018 GMC CanyonMarch 27, 2026We've been taking our cars to Orr Cadillac for service for many years. Yesterday was a whole new experience. The service department has always been pretty good, yesterday they were absolutely great. The Service Manager desk was fully staffed with friendly smiling professionals who made me feel very welcome. Casey, who moves the cars around, greeted me immediately after I got out of the truck with a handshake and "Welcome to ORR". After the service was completed, the truck was handwashed. It looks great. Casey took me out to the truck, opened my door, shook hands again and wished me a great day. That had to be the best experience I've ever had with a service department of any type. I really like the changes, "Bravo Zulu" to the Service Manager.Response from Orr Cadillac Longview
